Platte Valley offers two levels of AMS Support Agreements

  • Customers utilizing an AMS support agreement will be given priority for any support.

Basic Level:

  • Unlimited phone and email support
  • Two farm visits per year
  • Installation of winter and summer software downloads onto AMS components
  • Dealership training seminars (when offered)

Premium Level:

  • Unlimited phone and email support
  • Multiple farm visits per year
  • Installation of winter and summer software downloads onto AMS components
  • Dealership training seminars (when offered)
  • Install receiver SF2 signal subscriptions
  • Seasonal setup and installation of AMS components: transfer displays, GPS receivers, ATU’s, etc.; calibrate receiver TCM; adjust ATU settings; install SF2 signal subscription; check and measure machine/implement offsets; and set home pages on layout manager
